Maybe I missed something & I really really hope this isn't a touchy subject or anything because if it is Please feel free to delete this, but whatever happened to your PPG blog/art? Did you just lose interest in it, or something along those lines?
I stopped working on it (possibly temporarily, but I’m not certain) for various personal reasons.
If anyone is/was fond of it, I consider all my headcanons essentially public domain. anyone is free to recycle any of my ideas or do things with that ‘verse if they like.
I am NOT permanently pulling the plug on RC at this time, however it is going on indefinite hiatus until I figure out how to deal with some personal feelings and issues regarding it. I do hope to be able to return to it in the future.
In the mean time I’m going to be switching gears to my original projects over on busterella. If you’ve been enjoying rc I hope you will enjoy them as well.
I saw your post of the girls' rooms (or at least wips of them) and would like to know if you made them yourself and what with? And if it's free. I've been dying to design how I think the GangGreen Gang's little shack looks like (at least in my AU).
I used sketchup, which is free. :3 Some of the props and furniture are premade models from the sketchup warehouse, which is also free to use (for non-commercial things)
Please ignore this if we're not allowed to ask the mod questions. But, I have to say, the way you draw the PowerPuffs has a very "Studio Killers" vibe to it. I love it. I especially love the colors you use.
Sorry, everything still kinda sucks really bad over here (and on top of that my new place still isn’t set up completely which makes art harder). I’m still able to work a bit on the script and such, though.
This'll prolly sound like a dumb thing to ask but why do your ppg designs tippy toe so much? I was just wondering if you had a reason because they remind me of my little sister who, because she has short achilles tendons, prefers to tiptoe walk everywhere even at age 21.
Not dumb! Okay so: I always interpreted the Girls’ canon nub feet as something like tiptoe, due to how their shoes are drawn (with Mary Jane strap facing forward), so design wise the tiptoe is how I translate their nub feet to keep the gist of them being subtly different from regular human characters. In-universe wise, it’s because the Girls’ default state is to be floating/weightless. Even when they seem to be standing or walking on the ground they’re not actually putting any weight on it, if they’re even really touching it. They’ll only really put their weight on their feet (and thus flatten the foot) if they’re bracing themselves or similar.
(This is really a compliment) but your powerpuff designs are very lovely to look at. The colors are appealing, and I like how you take the time to experiment with different body types. i also like how you stick with their true character in your blog/Au. Have a nice day!
I meant to ask, if Blossom is like a scientific genius, why is she still in high school with her sisters? Couldn't she be in college by then?

Technically I could, but Professor was adamant that I have a “normal” teenhood or my emotional development might be stunted or something. I’m not sure I agree with that, but ultimately it’s for the best. After all, the Powerpuff Girls need to be ready to defend Townsville at ALL times. Going to separate schools would just interfere with our ability to coordinate our actions at a moments notice.
